In this new guide, Michelin has awarded a second Michelin star to a | o | c in Copenhagen. In their press release Michelin describes chef Søren Selin's cooking as follows: "Søren Selin serves playful, original cooking with harmonious flavours and a Danish heart."
Oaxen Krog in Stockholm has also gained a second star. Rebecca Burr: "the finest ingredients are prepared with clarity and balance to create beautiful dishes with real depth of flavour."
Copenhagen and Stockholm now both have 3 two-star restaurants, the other two in Copenhagen being Geranium and Noma; in Stockholm the other two are Frantzén and Mathias Dahlgren's Matsalen.

The 2015 Nordic Cities guide will feature 7 two-star restaurants in total, 3 in Copenhagen, 3 in Stockholm and 1 in Oslo, and 38 one-star restaurants, of which 12 are located in Copenhagen, 3 in Aarhus, 5 in Helsinki, 3 in Oslo, 6 in Stockholm, 6 in Gothenburg and 3 in Malmö.

Also included in the guide are two new Bib Gourmands in Aarhus (Haervaerk and Pondus), 1 new Bib Gourmand in Stockholm (Lilla Ego), and 2 new Bib Gourmands in Malmö (Sture and Bastard).
